On August 18, an EE PNP-specific draw took
place, followed the very next day by a category-based draw. This time, it was
for the Healthcare and Social Services category.
đ Key details of this draw:
August 19 (Healthcare and Social Services
category)
• ✅ Cut-off score:
470
• ✅ Number of ITAs
issued: 2,500
Interestingly, in the previous draw for this
category on July 22, 4,000 ITAs were issued with a cut-off score of 475. In
contrast, this time, even though only 2,500 ITAs were issued, the cut-off score
dropped to 470.
This indicates that the pool of candidates in
this category has decreased.
This category includes occupations such as
Dental Hygienist, Health Care Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy
Assistant, Social and Community Service Worker, and Social Worker. If you are
working in one of these positions, we encourage you to take this opportunity
and apply with confidence.
As mentioned previously, we cautiously
anticipate that more category-based draws will be conducted throughout this
year. Therefore, even if you are preparing under other categories, we strongly
recommend that, if you meet the eligibility requirements, you register and
apply this year.
