πŸ“’ EE Draw – PNP and CEC as usual

On November 10, Express Entry held a draw targeting PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) candidates, followed by another draw on November 12 for CEC (Canadian Experience Class) candidates.

The number of ITAs issued and cut-off scores remained relatively stable in both rounds.

November 10 Draw (PNP)
• Cut-off score: 738
• ITAs issued: 714

November 12 Draw (CEC)
• Cut-off score: 533
• ITAs issued: 1,000

According to last week’s Immigration Levels Plan announcement, Express Entry and PNP streams will be key focuses in 2026 and 2027.
This brings renewed optimism for candidates planning their Canadian immigration journey.

While many expected a backlog of candidates this year, recent data shows that the overall number of EE profiles has actually decreased, especially within the 411–450 score range.
Meanwhile, the 470+ score range remains consistent with previous years.

If EE and PNP draws continue actively over the next two years, we can anticipate more opportunities than in 2025.
