When the registration score matches the cut-off score, not everyone necessarily receives an ITA. In such cases, preference is given to candidates who registered earlier. Since our client registered on October 4, 2023, she was able to receive an ITA and celebrate this milestone.

2. Timeline from PR Portal Letter to eCOPR
   Typically, the time between receiving the PR portal letter and the final eCOPR letter can range from as short as 2-3 days to as long as 8-9 months. For this client, it took two months to receive the final eCOPR and officially become a permanent resident.
