Work Permit Result Update.

Good news! Work Permit Case Approved πŸ‘€

The processing time for both LMIA and the work permit has been quite lengthy.

Congratulations!! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

🚩 Timeline
βœ… Submission: July 8, 2024
βœ… Approval: December 4, 2024 (21.5 weeks or 150 days after submission)
βœ… Position: Cook

There were no delays due to incomplete documentation or additional document requests. Every time we inquired about the status, we only received the frustrating response that it was "in progress," but now the approval has finally come through.

One notable aspect of this client’s case was that he was not a citizen of a visa-exempt country with eTA access to Canada. Instead, he was residing in Canada on a visitor visa. At the time of application in July, it was possible to apply for a work permit from within Canada while on a visitor visa, so we submitted the application online.

The news is even more exciting and dramatic because the approval came just one week before the expiration of the client's current visitor visa.

For successful immigration to Canada, you need a professional who can quickly adapt to ongoing changes. We are committed to providing accurate guidance tailored to each client’s situation and leading you to a swift path to permanent residency.
