Today (February 5), there was an Express Entry draw
targeting CEC candidates.
Details announced today:
Cut-off score: 521 points
ITA issued: 4,000
On January 23, 4,000 ITAs were also issued in the
CEC-targeted draw, and the same number was issued this time. The cut-off score
has slightly decreased from 527 points to 521 points.
If similar ITA numbers are issued for CEC
candidates in the future, the cut-off score is likely to continue to decrease.
The fact that three out of five draws this year have targeted CEC candidates
shows that the government is following through on its announcement at the end
of last year to focus on candidates already in Canada. This is good news for
candidates aiming for permanent residency through Express Entry.
Canadian permanent residency is becoming more
challenging. However, for those whose goal is Canadian permanent residency, if
you don't give up, the opportunity to achieve that goal will eventually come.
GS will guide you with realistic and positive
information based on reality and facts. The mindset of powerful positiveness
applies even now.
